Cranberry White Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Servings: 24 cookies
- 1 cup butter softened
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 2 eggs room temp
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3 cups old fashioned oats not quick oats
- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups dried cranberry bits
Preheat oven to 350°
In a large bowl, cream butter and brown sugar together.
Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
Add in salt and baking soda. Stir.
Gradually add in flour.
Gently stir in old fashioned oats.
Once the mixture is combined, stir in white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
Cover bowl and refrigerate for about 25 minutes.
Using a cookie scoop, drop by scoopfuls on a cookie sheet and cook for about 14 minutes.
Let cookies cool completely so they don't crumble.
