Mama’s Delicious & Easy Apple Pie
A Fall favorite in our home, this Apple Pie recipe is delicious and easy to make.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Using pie plate prepare bottom layer of pie crust
  3. Mix brown sugar, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and flour in large bowl and set to the side.
  4. Peel and thinly slice apples and stir into mixture, tossing lightly.
  5. Thinly slice butter and place on top of apples.
  6. Place your prepared top crust on top of pie and seal edges. Cover edges with aluminum foil to prevent burning.
  7. Bake for 35-45 minutes, until crust is browned. Remove aluminum foil when there is 15 minutes remaining.
Recipe Notes

This pie tastes scrumptious warm and is nice with a scoop or two of ice cream. Enjoy!
